ABSTRACT
Communication between various ovarian cell types is a prerequisite for folliculogenesis and ovulation. In antral follicles granulosa cells divide into two distinct populations of mural cumulus (CGC), enveloping the antrum surrounding oocyte, respectively. Both types, with compartment in excess, contribute to floating (FGC) population follicular fluid. The aim this study was compare transcriptomes FGC CGC stimulated obtained from 19 women undergoing IVF–ICSI procedure. were fluid during follicle puncture procedure acquired after oocyte denudation micromanipulation.
