ABSTRACT
Abstract High throughput sequencing of adaptive immune receptor repertoire (AIRR-seq) has provided numerous human immunoglobulin (IG) sequences allowing specific B cell (BCR) studies such as the antigen-driven evolution antibodies (soluble forms membrane-bound IG part BCR). AIRR-seq data allows researchers to examine intraclonal differences caused primarily by somatic hypermutations in genes and affinity maturation. Exploring this essential immunity process could help elucidate generation with high or broadly neutralizing activities. Retracing their evolutionary history also clarify how vaccines pathogen exposition drive humoral response, unravel clonal architecture tumors. Computational methods are necessary for large-scale analysis properties. However, there is no efficient interactive tool analyzing diversity, permitting users explore repertoires biological clinical applications. Here we present ViCloD, a web server visual clonality diversity. ViCloD uses preprocessed format defined Adaptive Immune Receptor Repertoire (AIRR) Community. Then, it performs grouping analyses, producing collection useful plots lineage inspection. The presents diverse functionalities, including navigation, abundance analysis, tree reconstruction. Users can download analyzed different table formats save generated images. simple, versatile, user-friendly that clinicians analyze Moreover, its pipeline optimized hundreds thousands within few minutes, an investigation large complex repertoires.
