ABSTRACT
The primary aim of the CHANGE survey is to determine current state gender equity within rheumatology, and secondarily, review physician perspective on bullying, harassment equipoise opportunities rheumatology. e-survey a cross-sectional self-reported questionnaire adapted from EULAR's in academic rheumatology task force. was launched January 2023; it available six languages distributed widely via organizations social media. Eligible participants include rheumatologist physicians health-care professionals. Survey responses will undergo descriptive analysis inter-group comparison aiming explore gender-based discrimination using logistic regression, with subgroup analyses for country/continent variations. This represents comprehensive global initiative led by an international consortium, aimed at exploring investigating gender-related disparities obstacles encountered rheumatologists professionals across diverse communities environments. By pursuing this initiative, we take broader community step closer understanding underlying origins inequities their determinants. Such insights are pivotal identifying viable interventions strategies foster field. Ultimately, our collective objective ensure equitable access every individual, irrespective gender, thereby promoting inclusivity fairness entire spectrum professional practice career development.
