ABSTRACT
Abstract Some cancers are strongly associated with exposure to environmental carcinogens, and genetic epigenetic alterations crucial in carcinogenesis. However, the interaction between mutations regulation cancer development has not been sufficiently examined. Here, we investigated roles of gene altered circRNA expression malignant transformation human bronchial epithelial cells after continuous CdCl2 (10 μM). The circular RNA circ_0007095 was down-regulated, SETBP1-R54P single nucleotide variant (SNV) accumulated during Cd decreased enhanced CdCl2-induced cell proliferation, migration tumor formation, accumulation also promoted Mechanistic studies showed that mutation degradation by activating KLF4-PFKP axis pathway. Cd-induced 16HBE regulating expression. Our findings emphasize importance variation chemical carcinogenesis, advance understanding etiology.
