ABSTRACT
Phytophthora is one of the most important genera plant pathogens, with many members causing high economic losses worldwide. To build robust molecular identification systems, it very to have information from well-authenticated specimens and, in preference, ex-type specimens. The reference genomes form a critical foundation for genetics, biological research, and diagnostic applications. In this study, we describe four draft genome resources citricola BL34 (P0716 WPC) (118 contigs 50 Mb), P. syringae BL57G (P10330 (591 75 hibernalis BL41G (P3822 (404 84 nicotianae BL162 (P6303 (3,984 108 Mb) generated MinION long-read high-throughput sequencing technology (Oxford Nanopore Technologies). Using quality reads, assembled high-coverage 291× coverage 16,662 annotated genes; 205× 29,271 76× 23,331 genes, 42× 21,762 genes. With availability sequences their annotations, predict that these will be accommodating various basic applied including diagnostics protect global agriculture.
