ABSTRACT
Display technologies are fundamental to the isolation of specific high-affinity binding proteins for diagnostic and therapeutic applications in cancer, neurodegenerative, infectious diseases as well autoimmune inflammatory disorders. Applications extend into broad field antibody (Ab) engineering, synthetic enzymes, proteomics, cell-free protein synthesis. Recently, vitro display have come prominence due human antibodies by phage display, development novel scaffolds ribosome discovery protein-protein interactions. In represents an emerging innovative technology rapid evolution peptides proteins. So far, only one clinical drug candidate produced has been approved FDA use humans, but several or preclinical testing. This review highlights recent advances various engineered biopharmaceutical products isolated with a focus on commercial developments.
