ABSTRACT
Treatment of congenital pseudarthrosis the tibia (CPT) remains a challenge. To clarify current situation in treatment, multicenter study was carried out to obtain information on results CPT treatment. The objective this propose appropriate treatment guidelines for CPT. Records 73 patients with who underwent surgical were collected from 32 hospitals. modality 26 Ilizarov technique, 25 free vascularized fibular graft, 7 combination two techniques, 6 intramedullary nailing bone grafting, 5 plating and 4 other treatments. Fifty-four procedures resulted union, delayed left un-united, 1 amputation, unknown 4. According study, most acceptable methods are method graft.
