ABSTRACT
This article describes a patient who presented to the ED after multiple episodes of syncope. His physical examination was unremarkable and an initial workup negative. Transthoracic echocardiography chest CT confirmed diagnosis congenital complete absence pericardium, rare developmental abnormality most common in men.
