ABSTRACT
Spigelian hernia is a rare form of abdominal wall hernia. It occurs when peritoneum with or without organs preperitoneal fat exists through defect in the fascia. A 63 year old male patient complaint inguinal hernias and treated laparoscopic approach that has been not previously reported literature. The use laparoscope simplified diagnosis, clarified its localization, facilitated subsequent repair these hernias.
