A composite score was used mixed-effects models analyses association ADLI first 35 days after onset.HZ interfered all but greatest enjoyment life, sleep, general activity, leisure activities, getting out house, shopping. For every 1.0 point increase intensity, there 0.69 0.53 interference, respectively, 2.81 point, 1.57 1.95 decrease physical, mental scales, respectively.Acute has significant negative impact functional status adults. The magnitude increases increasing intensity.
