Composite Cutaneous Hemangioendothelioma on the Back

Composite cutaneous hemangioendothelioma (HE) is the most recently described variant of lesions known as HEs. It characterized by a mixture histologic patterns, namely, epithelioid HE, retiform and spindle cell hemangioma. We report new case this rare tumor located on back 23-year-old woman. This neoplasm considered to be borderline or low-grade malignancy, because despite its frequency it rarely metastasizes.
