ABSTRACT
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to present a patient with atypical corneoconjunctival lesions as result transconjunctival heroin abuse. Methods: authors conducted prospective 8-month follow up 16-year-old girl who presented bilateral lesions. Results: After period close observation, running diagnostic tests, and conservative treatment, the nature disease suspected. Further discussion patient's family her final confession revealed that she using through conjunctiva. Conclusion: Substance abuse should be considered in list differential diagnoses patients an unusual presentation ocular disease.
