ABSTRACT
In this study, we report the results of using fluorine deoxyglucose positron emission tomography/computed tomography (FDG PET/CT) to guide antifungal therapy against chronic disseminated candidiasis in patients with acute leukemia. Three adult were enrolled study. All underwent a series PET/CT scans during course therapy. Antifungal was modified based on change FDG activity known sites fungal infection. With guidance PET/CT, all 3 achieved favorable outcomes long-term follow-up. appeared be valuable modality designing proper
