ABSTRACT
Results of a national retrospective survey on Hyalomatrix PA in burn patients are reported. A total 11 centers were contacted. 57 available. was used young and adult patients, mainly deep partial thickness full burns. In most cases, applied immediately after the wound cleaning (wound debridement or escharectomy for adults, dermabrasion patients). After 7 days, reepithelization processes more frequent One-half patient population underwent grafting. 29 complete closure achieved almost all patients. The Vancouver Scar Scale showed better values while no differences observed depth undergoing No adverse reactions recorded. is burns, as temporary coverage before grafting alone healing.
