Treatment of Paraffin-Induced Lipogranuloma of the Penis by Bipedicled Scrotal Flap With Y-V incision

ABSTRACT
The authors aimed to report 5 cases of patients with penile lipogranuloma-induced full necrosis skin, wherein they obtained good results from simultaneous implementation Y-V incision prevent the shortening length together bipedicular scrotal flap.The excision lipogranuloma and a bipedicled flap was performed. After finishing flap, for extension in length, performed inverted V on upper skin followed by partial resection suspensory ligament sutured up subcutaneous tissue Y shape, extending dorsal portion toward penis.There no penis or reduction girth resulting had difference normal penis, almost contraction scrotum, all were satisfied visual postoperative shape penis.The complete paraffinoma concurrent outcomes preventing performing using skin.
