Some patients experience massive neglected scalp malignant tumors involving the soft tissues and bone. Management of these includes thorough tissue resection to obtain negative margins cover defects with enough composite tissues. In this article, we presented our experiences reconstructions free anterolateral thigh (ALT) flaps. We performed a retrospective review 6 who had single-stage tumor removal free-tissue transfer over last 10 years. All were treated ALT flaps or without fascia lata according defects. The size ranged from 8 25 cm in length 20 width. healed well major complications except for 1 case that partial skin-graft loss occurred at donor sites.Scalp are generally associated high mortality rates, reconstruction surgery is quite complicated. We demonstrate flap yields acceptable survival favorable safety.
