ABSTRACT
Clear cell odontogenic carcinoma (CCOC) is a rare malignant neoplasm of origin. The usual clinical presentation CCOC mass progressive growth in the mandible sometimes accompanied with loss teeth, pain, or bleeding. We describe case that showed an atypical not previously described literature like fast-growing painless retromolar area reached considerable size few days caused obstruction airway. presence airway required immediate treatment, which consisted surgical excision tumor via hemimandibulectomy. This report highlights possibility tumors presenting rapid-growing and importance differential diagnosis such presentation.
