To evaluate arguments given by board-certified surgeons in Switzerland for and against a career surgery.Currently, the surgical profession most Western countries is experiencing labor shortage because of declining interest among new graduates, changed public opinion medicine its representatives, as consequence increasing influence health economists politicians on professional independence surgeons.
