Robotic-Assisted Laparoscopic Anatomic Hepatectomy in China

To assess the feasibility and safety of robotic-assisted laparoscopic anatomic hepatectomy.The development minimally invasive surgery has led to an increase in use hepatectomy. However, hepatectomy remains technically challenging is not widely developed. Robotic represents a recent evolution that being used increasingly for complex surgical procedures. Herein, we report our initial experience with 13 consecutive patients.Between April July 2009, patients underwent hepatectomies benign malignant hepatic diseases.
