ABSTRACT
The case of an early retroperitoneal abdominal pregnancy implanted on inferior vena cava successfully resected through laparoscopic surgery is reported here. A 28-year-old woman presented with vaginal spotting and amenorrhrea for 7+5 weeks. Although a diagnosis right cornual ectopic by transvaginal ultrasound was made wedge resection the left uterine cornus performed, β-human chorionic gonadotropin level remained high.
