ABSTRACT
Visceral artery aneurysms are rare and important vascular entities due to the quarter of all cases presented as surgical emergency. Nevertheless, splenic aneurysm (SAA) is most common visceral third intra-abdominal after aorta iliac artery. SAA accompany vein because arteriovenous fistula communication between them a very entity. Location size determine likelihood rupture. Women child-bearing age who have SAAs at particularly high risk death result rupture should be treated with elective repair. Herein, we report case in 25-year-old young female patient left upper quadrant pain. Diagnosis was established by computerized tomography angiogram. The underwent laparoscopic resection vein, well splenectomy. Laparoscopic therapy for considered low periprocedural morbidity experienced clinics.
