ABSTRACT
A solid-state reaction technique was used to synthesize polycrystalline Na2WO4. Preliminary X-ray studies revealed that the compound has a cubic structure at room temperature. The formation of been confirmed by powder diffraction and Raman spectroscopy. Electrical dielectric properties have studied using complex impedance spectroscopy in frequency range 209 Hz-1 MHz temperature 586-679 K. data were modellized an equivalent circuit consisting series combination grains boundary. We use electrical modulus M* various temperatures analyse data. plots are characterized presence two relaxation peaks thermally activated. morphologies average particle size resultant sodium tungstate sample demonstrated atomic force microscopy, scanning electron microscopy transmission microscopy. thicknesses optical constants calculated ellipsometric measurements 200-22 000 nm means new amorphous dispersion formula which is objective present work. results obtained for Na2WO4 particles from experimental (EXP) measured (FIT) showed excellent agreement. In addition, energy gap determined ellipsometry spectrophotometry measurements.
