ABSTRACT
Eight anaerobic strains obtained from crop, jejunum and ileum of chicken were isolated, characterized genome analysed to observe their metabolic profiles, adaptive strategies serve as novel future references. The species Ligilactobacillus hohenheimensis sp. nov. (DSM 113870 T =LMG 32876 ), Limosilactobacillus galli 113833 32623 avium 113849 32671 pulli 115077 32877 viscerum 113835 32625 difficilis 114195 32875 ) Clostridium butanoliproducens 115076 32878 are found in the upper gastrointestinal tract present consistent adaptations that enable us predict ecological role. Molecular characterization using 16S rRNA gene analysis long-read whole sequencing, confirmed description genus Faecalispora gen. with anaeroviscerum 113860 32675 type species. After phylogenetic taxonomic analysis, we recommend reclassification jeddahense sporosphaeroides . Exploration microbiome crop small intestine expands our knowledge on diversity functions inhabiting bacteria. identified this project part a wider cultivation effort represents first repository bacteria culturomics, improving potential handling microorganisms biotechnological applications.
