ABSTRACT
Abstract We hypothesized that in individuals with previous SARS-CoV-2 infection, the first vaccine dose would work as a booster, eliciting faster and more intense immune response. herein describe antibody responses to second doses of Gam-COVID-Vac (SPUTNIK V) health personnel Tucumán, Argentina, COVID-19 compared it uninfected personnel. Individuals anti-SARS-CoV-2 titers at baseline showed significantly higher than people no prior history disease (p <0.0001), those registered after control group, representing clear secondary This suggests single SPUTNIK V for infection could contribute better use available doses.
