ABSTRACT
Abstract Venous thromboembolism(VTE) refers to deep venous thrombosis(DVT) and pulmonary embolism(PE), which is a worldwide problem has very high morbidity mortality. The research of thrombosis involves pathogenesis, pathophysiology, therapeutic attempt. Alternative experimental animal models have changed dramatically over the past 20 years, from small murine large ones. Larger offer more options are consistent with human physiology. This article aims induce chronic in left iliac vein canine porcine compare these two models. We think that feasible can better translate results into clinical application.
