ABSTRACT
Abstract Understanding spatial gene expression and regulation is key to uncovering developmental physiological processes, during homeostasis disease. Numerous techniques exist gain information, but very few utilise intuitive true-to-life three-dimensional representations analyze visualize results. Here we combined transcriptomics with 3D modelling represent interrogate, transcriptome-wide, location in the mouse adult heart. Our study has unveiled specific subsets of genes that display complex organ sub-compartments. Also, created a web-based user interface for transcriptome analysis visualization.
