ABSTRACT
Using 9.1 fb-1 of e+ e- data collected at the Upsilon(4S) with CLEO detector using Cornell Electron Storage Ring, measurements are reported for both branching fractions and helicity amplitudes decays B- -> D*0 rho- B0bar D*+ rho-. The fraction longitudinal polarization in is found to be consistent that l- nubar q^2 = M^2_rho, indicating factorization approximation works well. mode similar. also show evidence non-trivial final-state interaction phases amplitudes.
