ABSTRACT
The conventional definition of rogue waves in the ocean is that their heights, from crest to trough, are more than about twice significant wave height, which average height largest one-third nearby waves. When modeling deep water using nonlinear Schrödinger equation, most likely candidate satisfying this criterion so-called Peregrine solution. It localized both space and time, thus describing a unique event. Until now, experiments specifically designed for observation breather states evolution have never been made double limit. In present work, we first experimental results with observations soliton tank.
