ABSTRACT
Within the framework of a high-twist approach, we calculate next-to-leading order (NLO) perturbative QCD corrections to transverse momentum broadening in semi-inclusive hadron production deeply inelastic $e+A$ collisions, as well lepton pair $p+A$ collisions. With explicit calculations both real and virtual contributions, verify, for first time, factorization theorem at twist 4 NLO nuclear-enhanced weighted differential cross section demonstrate universality associated twist-4 quark-gluon correlation function. We also identify evolution equation function large nucleus, which can be solved determine scale dependence jet transport parameter study quenching.
