ABSTRACT
The effects of culture on the performance an organization depend, not strength overall culture, but mix and weightings components that culture. An example is component conflict, which may be a healthy incentive for action competition when present in some forms degrees, can damaging it becomes culture’s dominant feature its existence acknowledged. Research theory management non‐profits emphasizes need consonance deplores conflict; however, research shows community organizations do fit model presented literature conflict does exist these cripple their ability to function goal‐setting, staffing, conduct meetings, problem solving decision making, identification utilization individual skills, writing submissions government funding. Uses small, non‐profit organization, works environment where there unity, between volunteers paid workers, among themselves, had become over‐riding consideration all making was paralysing organization.
