ABSTRACT
Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to develop a conceptual framework understand the influence that social era having on value chain local news industry. authors theoretically advance theory by, firstly, considering community type and age consumption and, secondly, exploring role consumers can play in value-adding activities. theoretical contribution study lies moving from transactional approach towards consumer relationships managing as source relational (e.g. co-creation integrated perspectives).
