ABSTRACT
This paper introduces a decentralized control strategy for an isolated Triple Active Bridge (TAB) bidirectional converter integrating Photovoltaic (PV) and Energy Storage Systems (ESS). The proposed method ensures well-regulated DC bus voltage is implemented using decoupled approach. methodology considers variations in solar irradiation PV the State-of-Charge (SOC) of ESS. In approach, when ESS SOC less than 100%, output maximized by operating it maximum power point (MPP) mode charged or discharged based on load conditions. However, fully charged, switches operation to non-MPP mode, ensuring voltage. Switching simulations demonstrate efficacy across wide range conditions TAB integrated into microgrid (MG). Hardware experimental results further validate performance effectiveness
