ABSTRACT
Blank spots are an important problem that must be overcome in wireless communication. Metamaterials, with their ability to reflect electromagnetic signals good efficiency, believed able this problem. In paper, a metamaterial circular patch unit-cell for reflector applications operates at frequency of 3.5 GHz is proposed. Software analysis (CST) used optimize the unit cell and see its performance as reflector. The research results obtained 91.4% reflected power percentage, 0.005% absorbed reflection angle −6.77°. These show proposed device has properties future reflecting intelligent applications.
