ABSTRACT
An enterprise resource planning (ERP) system offers vital capabilities to promote business competitiveness, operational excellence, and cost efficiency. Despite of advance in technology research, enterprises are still struggling the process implementing routinizing use ERP, as well as, achieving an optimal range benefits it offers. The adoption challenges seem be increasing context developing countries where organizational cultures, attitude towards changes ways work different than ERP software was initiated. This study serves a source empirical evidences showing how implementation can carried out successfully for SME manufacturing company Thailand. analysis based on series in-depth interviews with management, middle managers, staffs company, which has integrated its processes enjoyed significant seven years. We combined qualitative novel quantitative method called fuzzy weighting. Not only does offer better insight cases traditional approach, also promotes internal validity analysis.
