ABSTRACT
A method for generating wideband chaos with time-delay signature suppression in semiconductor lasers by asymmetrical mutual injection is proposed and demonstrated experimentally. Through the beating frequency effect between two subjected to injection, a chaotic signal standard bandwidth of 33.5 GHz, spectrum flatness 8.5 dB time delay value 0.059 generated. The influences coupling strength detuning on output characteristics laser synchronization coefficient are analyzed. Furthermore, relationships also discussed, respectively. results show that case region high larger when different than those identical.
