ABSTRACT
The focal plane array (FPA) is a promising solution for LiDAR that offers advantages such as low optical loss, power consumption, and simple system architecture. To enhance the ranging performance of FPA, we propose novel structure featuring single antenna transmitting laser beam an receiving return signal. theoretical directionality antennas up to 91.6%. Utilizing above structure, fabricated 6-channel FPA chip successfully demonstrated scanning object shapes. This scalable technical support development larger-scale solid-state LiDAR.
