ABSTRACT
At present, the number of incoming devices and mobile data traffic has seen explosive growth, spectrum resources are difficult to meet increasing demand. The traditional centralized management model suffers from low utilization, high maintenance costs, security issues. decentralized secure nature blockchain technology is a natural advantage in solving problems faced by current model. However, when introducing into management, it faces such as latency resource consumption. In this letter, we design new blockchain-enabled trading framework consisting access layer, distribution core then propose user benefit-maximum matching scheme. To solve problem energy consumption consensus algorithms blockchains, dynamic credit aggregate-signature Byzantine fault tolerance (DCABFT) algorithm based on Boneh-Lynn-Shacham (BLS) aggregated signature proposed. Simulation results demonstrate that proposed scheme can greatly improve transaction users' quality service.
