ABSTRACT
The contamination of Listeria monocytogenes ( L. ) in dairy products poses a significant risk to human health. It is urgent develop on‐site rapid strategy reduce associated threats. We employed carbon dots (CDs) and silicon nanoparticles (SiNPs) as energy donors acceptors respectively. CDs SiNPs were functionalised with vancomycin aptamers correspondingly, leading the establishment ratiometric fluorescent sensor. With portable smartphone‐integrated device, ratios blue/green values from colour images depended on concentrations for quantification. sensors demonstrated monitoring within 30 min.
