Thus, aim this study was to describe mandibular morphometry capybara with emphasis on establishment anatomic references nerves. For this, mandibles from eight young adult capybaras were used. Radiography hemimandible performed. The foramen had dorsoventral diameter 2.1 mm 2.2 capybaras, it situated ventrally third molar tooth. extraoral nerve, needle should be introduced obliquely 63.5 77.4 angular process respectively. In another approach, perpendicularly 20.8 26.3 animals ventral margin blocking only inserted interalveolar margin, 10.7 11.5 findings suggest that age group taken into account when capybaras.
