Older people's satisfaction with and utilisation patterns of the Old Age Allowance in Nepal

Abstract Objective The Old Age Allowance in Nepal aims to support the welfare of older people, improve their social and economic status encourage independence. aim this study was assess satisfaction with utilisation patterns among people Nepal. Methods A cross‐sectional, quantitative conducted Chitwan, Face‐to‐face interviews were carried out 232 asking about demographics, Allowance. Results Seventy‐two per cent expressed highest level (81.9%) associated scale construct contribution religious practices . Satisfaction allowance family relationships dissatisfaction higher expectations allowance. predominantly utilised for personal expenditure (91.4%), followed by health medicine (75.0%). Conclusion is a necessary important keeping connected community.
