ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT Rationale and Objectives To analyze the ultrasound features of pancreatic cystic lesions to compare contrast‐enhanced sonography (CEUS) with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) investigate diagnostic value CEUS for lesions. Materials Methods Patients who underwent examination enhanced MRI from February 2022 January 2023 at Peking Union Medical College Hospital were prospectively included. The in diagnosis was analyzed using postoperative histopathology as gold standard compared MRI. Results In total, 17 patients included, accuracy 76.47% (13/17), 64.71% (11/17), results moderate agreement those ( κ = 0.52). all categorized into four types: Type I, unilocular type, five cases; II, microcystic lesion III, macrocystic two IV, an solid component, six cases. There cases I one case II simple cysts. Pancreatic pseudocysts case. Of serous cystadenomas, three IV. mucinous cystadenoma I. For intraductal papillary neoplasm, pseudopapillary tumors pancreas, classified One neuroendocrine tumor Conclusion CEUS, economical, radiation‐free, effective modality, can be optional test diseases helps their follow‐up.
