ABSTRACT
Abstract Background/Objective There are a limited number of studies regarding the dermoscopic features and dermatopathological correlations Kaposi sarcoma. The primary objective this study was to evaluate sarcoma, secondary investigate their correlates. Methods Dermoscopic clinical analysis 222 lesions from 38 patients with histologically confirmed darcoma were assessed by two investigators. A total 83 biopsies available different stages. Additionally, 3 mm punch biopsy performed where newly defined findings observed. Modified pattern algorithm used for evaluation. Results most common sarcoma white lines (55.9%) clods (37.8%) followed surface scale (32.9%) polychromatic colour change (22.1%). Four dot clods, lines, collarette sign, serpentine vessels, dotted, curved coiled vessels new our study. Polychromatic is correlated presence hyaline globules probably birefringence properties, whereas we found no significant correlation between honeycomb‐like vascular spaces. Conclusions White four globules.
