ABSTRACT
Abstract A 29‐year‐old Caucasian woman presented with a 3‐month history of bilateral lower limb swelling painful erythematous nodules on shins without ulceration. She had been taking minocycline for acne vulgaris 3 years. Biochemical investigations showed deranged liver function test positive ANA and mixed antinuclear factor (ANF) pattern. skin biopsy was in keeping diagnosis nodular vasculitis. Her lesions improved within months stopping the treatment. This case report raises awareness that could be potential cause vasculitis, patients should closely monitored ideally not prescribed more than 12 weeks, given possible adverse effects.
