In recent years, with progress in reproductive immunology, growing body evidence suggests relationship between URSA maternal‐fetal offering hope for development tailored treatment strategies. This article provides an immunological perspective on pathogenesis, diagnosis, RSA. On one hand, it comprehensively reviews mechanisms underlying RSA, including abnormalities interface immune tolerance, cell function, gut microbiota‐mediated dysregulation, vaginal anomalies. other presents diagnosis existing modalities offers clear knowledge framework understanding from standpoint. conclusion, while “layers veil” regarding factors are gradually being unveiled, our current research may only scratch surface. terms etiology, effective diagnostic tools currently lacking, efficacy safety immunotherapies, primarily based lymphocyte immunotherapy intravenous immunoglobulin, contentious.
