ABSTRACT
Toll-like receptors (TLR) are one of the major compartments innate immune system. It was revealed that TLR have relevance in ovulation, sperm capacitation and fertilisation. So, this study, expression TLR, their adaptor molecules cytokines human fallopian tube cell line under effect normal spermatozoa evaluated. mRNA protein were evaluated OE-E6/E7 line. Semen samples from 10 donors collected co-incubated with used as group, without control group. Afterwards, level molecule cytokine compared using qPCR groups, supernatant for ELISA.
