ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the predictors pregnancy outcome for infertile couples attending in vitro fertilisation (IVF) and intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) programmes. Infertile IVF or ICSI procedures were included study. Related data including semen parameters male female age body mass index collected analysed. main clinical pregnancy, defined as an ultrasound detection foetal heartbeat 6 weeks after embryo transfer. A total 1316 who underwent 266 recruited multivariate logistic regression with likelihood ratio test revealed following outcome: DNA fragmentation (DFI) acrosomal activity (chi-square = 26.42, d.f. 3, P < 0.005) DFI 18.88, 2, 0.005). In conclusion, our indicated that DFI, levels have a significant effect on ART outcome.
