Cox univariate multivariate receiver operating characteristic curve used to assess relationship between level impaired spermatogenic function. Our results showed that in was 2.18 times control group (p < 0.001), its expression increased significantly severity Compared preoperative, declined at 3 months after surgery. = 0.02), bilateral 0.04) grade 0.03) independently associated suggest is useful clinical varicocele, this key deciding early effective treatment protecting fertility patients.
