ABSTRACT
We studied the associations and correlations between premature ejaculation (PE) psychological disorders, such as anxiety depression, in new perspectives with an aim of improving PE patients' treatment outcomes. Between December 2017 2018, we selected 1,010 men aged over 18 years old. Self-estimated IELT, diagnostic tool, International Index Erectile Function-5, General Anxiety Disorder-7 Patients Health Questionnaire-9 were used to measure latency time, ejaculation, erectile dysfunction, depression respectively. Premature patients categorised into two types: lifelong (LPE) acquired (APE). Among 958 evaluated, prevalence group was 82.07% (444/541) 74.68% (404/541) after adjustment for age, negative association IIEF-5 positive relation PEDT score GAD-7/PHQ-9 observed (p < 0.01 all). These LPE stronger than APE. Stratification duration showed that longer is, more will be. Age stratification under impact PE, young tend have severe problems.
