ABSTRACT
In this study, the influence of myoinositol (MYO) as an antioxidant on inhibition negative impacts cryopreservation sperm quality in men with Asthenospermia was investigated. prospective each semen sample from 25 cases separated into three groups: Fresh, Control (with freezing medium), Myoinositol (2 mg/ml). According to World Health Organization criteria (WHO) (2010), total motility, progressive viability, normal morphology, and DNA integrity were assessed. addition, hypo-osmotic swelling (HOS) test mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP) used. Total capacity (TAC), malondialdehyde (MDA), enzyme activity determined by ELISA method. contrast fresh samples, lipid peroxidation, damage, fragmentation, HOST, MMP had significant enhancement control samples. Sperm significantly decreased (p < 0.05). Mean percentage enhanced MYO group comparison The MDA TAC levels damage lower compared findings confirm that patients is improved administration 2 mg/ml together medium after cryopreservation.
