ABSTRACT
Background The COVID-19 pandemic forced the implementation of social distancing and circulation restrictions. This affected all aspects society including health care. In field chronic neurological disorders such as Parkinson's disease (PD), teleneurology is employed in scenarios where face-to-face interactions are not possible. A growing number clinicians institutions turning to order providing medical Aims article this manuscript, we present a practical, 'how do it real life', example appointment with person PD (PwP). Methods We elaborated step-by-step approach main consultation PwP provide video illustration. Results key were separated into: (1) office, before appointment; (2) History taking; (3) Examination; (4) Finishing up. Conclusions discuss strengths weaknesses our experience overcoming commonly encountered difficulties.
